We work with a range of trusted couriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, starting from just £3.99 for smaller items. All orders benefit from same-day dispatch when placed before 1:00pm.
International Shipping – We ship worldwide, with costs calculated at checkout. Please note that any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer — Console Therapy does not cover import or export charges of any kind.
UK Orders
All domestic orders are sent on a next business day delivery service. As an example, if you order before 1:00pm on a Monday, and you can expect to receive your item on Tuesday. Orders made after 1pm on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
International Orders
We always select the fastest and most economical shipping route available for your order. Due to customs and import processes following the UK’s departure from the EU, we are unable to provide exact delivery estimates, as timescales vary by destination country. A tracking number will be issued once your order has been dispatched, which will include a carrier-estimated delivery date.
